HR Intern

  • Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Description

The HR Intern will have the following responsibilities: 

Support the recruitment process 

  • Help to undertake the recruitment process candidate pre-selection through contacting candidates and arranging interview schedules 

  • Ensure new hires HR file is completed 

  • Assist with new hire welcoming and onboarding program scheduling 

Support Performance Management and training & development 

  • Respect the training budget 

  • Assist the employees with the performance management electronic system 

Support HR Administration 

  • Prepare HR letters and certificate of work and salary as well as all documents related to the obtention of diplomatic cards, customs clearance,… 

  • Cleaning and filing of HR Sharepoint folder 

  • Assist the new colleagues with their relocation 

  • Ensure the organization of all HR related events (Team Building, Training, …) 

HRIS 

  • Ensure that employee personal information is up to date  

  • Cleaning of HR modules data 

  • Support with new modules testing 

 

Candidate Profile  

Essential Qualifications & Experience  

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any other related discipline;  

  • Experience of at least one previous HR internship

Language Requirements
