Amine Naji
Senior Director, HR and Administration
Mr. Naji joined Africa50 in March 2018 as Director of Human Resources and Administration. Previously he worked in the health care companies, Fresenius Medical Care, where he directed HR and Administration for North, West, and Central Africa, and Novo Nordisk, where he was People and Organization Manager in charge of all human resources activities. Prior to this he led HR for MENA and Turkey at Monsanto, setting up an office in Jordan and developing HR policies throughout the region. He started his career with Maersk Line in positions including HR Business Partner, Country HR Manager and Maghreb HR Manager.
Amine holds a BA in Finance from ISCAE Business School in Casablanca and a Master’s in Human Resources from the Human Resources Institute (IRH). He is a citizen of Morocco.
